Infant Daycare in CT That Feels Like Home From Day One

Caring for babies from 6 weeks old across our Wilton, Bethel, and Monroe.

A Gentle Start for Your Baby at Honey Tree

At Honey Tree our infant program is built around one simple idea. Your baby deserves the same gentle care at our school that they would get at home. Individual routines, one on one attention, calm familiar surroundings, and caregivers who learn your baby’s cues, preferences, and personality in the very first week.
We welcome babies from as young as 6 weeks old across all three of our Connecticut campuses in Wilton, Monroe, and Bethel.

School and Care center. This award is voted on by real families in our community. To us, it’s not just a trophy. It’s parents saying out loud what we hear at drop-off every day. Thank you for trusting us with your children.

We are proud and humbled to be named the Best of Fairfield County as a quality presLeaving your baby for the first time is one of the hardest things a parent does. We know that because we have been welcoming new families through our doors since 2002 and we have seen that look on every parent’s face on day one.

What Makes Our CT Infant Daycare Program Different

 Individual Routines for Every Baby

No two babies are the same and we never treat them that way. Each infant follows their own feeding, sleeping, and play schedule so your baby’s day feels consistent whether they are at home or with us. We work directly with you to match the routine you already have at home before your baby even starts.

Watch Me Grow Live Cameras

Once your baby is enrolled in our infant program you get private 24/7 access to live HD cameras in the infant room. Open the app from your phone during your lunch break and see your baby napping, playing or being held by their caregiver. Real peace of mind for working parents every single day.

Low Caregiver to Infant Ratios
Our infant rooms maintain low caregiver to baby ratios that meet and exceed Connecticut state requirements. This means your baby gets real one on one attention and never gets lost in a busy room with too many children around them.
Daily Updates in Our App

Every feed, every nap, every diaper change and every smile gets logged in the Parent App and sent straight to your phone throughout the day. You are always connected to your baby’s day even when you are not there.

Family Owned and Genuinely Personal

Honey Tree is not a franchise. Our infant program in Connecticut is run by a family that has been doing this for over 20 years. Our caregivers stay with us year after year which means your baby builds a real bond with familiar faces rather than meeting someone new every few months.

NAEYC Recognized Standard at Monroe

Our Monroe campus holds NAEYC Recognition meaning our infant program there meets the highest national standards in early childhood care. Every classroom routine, health protocol, and caregiver practice has been independently reviewed and approved by external experts.

How We Support Your Baby's Growth Every Single Day

The first year of life is the most important period of brain development a child ever experiences. Everything that happens in those 12 months shapes how your baby learns, connects, communicates, and grows. Our infant program in Connecticut is designed with this in mind every single day.

Cognitive Development

We introduce age appropriate sensory experiences throughout the day. Different textures, sounds, colors, and objects gently stimulate your baby's developing brain in a calm safe environment. Nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.

Early Language Development

Our caregivers talk to babies constantly throughout the day. Narrating activities, singing songs, reading short picture books, and responding to every sound your baby makes. Research shows that the more words a baby hears in their first year the stronger their language development becomes later on.

Social and Emotional Development

Even at 6 weeks babies begin learning about trust, connection, and emotional safety. Our caregivers respond consistently and warmly to every cry, every smile and every gesture. This consistent responsiveness is how secure attachment forms and it is the foundation for everything that comes after.

Physical Development

Supervised tummy time every day. Reaching, grasping, rolling, and eventually sitting are all encouraged through guided play. Our infant rooms have safe open floor spaces designed specifically for the movement milestones of the first year.

Routine and Predictability

Babies thrive on routine. A predictable rhythm of feeding, play, sleep, and connection helps babies feel safe and secure which directly supports healthy brain development. Our caregivers maintain this rhythm carefully throughout every day.

WATCH ME GROW

Watch Me Grow Live Camera Daycare You Can Trust

Going back to work after having a baby is hard. The hardest part for most parents is not knowing what their baby is doing while they are away.
Watch Me Grow changes that completely. Once your baby is enrolled in our infant program you get a private login to live HD cameras in the infant room. Open the app from anywhere and see your baby in real time. See them sleeping safely. See them being held. See them exploring a new toy. See them being loved by someone who genuinely cares.
This feature is included in your tuition and is exclusive to enrolled families. It is one of the things parents tell us they appreciate most about Honey Tree and it is something most infant program providers in Connecticut simply do not offer their families.

Testimonials

What CT Parents Say About Our Infant Daycare

These are real words from real Connecticut parents who trusted us with their babies.

"Leaving my 8 week old for the first time was terrifying. But from day one the team at Honey Tree made me feel like she was in the best hands possible. The Watch Me Grow cameras genuinely changed everything for me as a working mom. I checked in probably 10 times that first day and every time she was being held, fed or played with. I cannot recommend this infant program enough."
Amanda K.

Monroe parent

"What stood out to us was that they actually followed our son's home routine from day one. He is a very schedule driven baby and we were worried a program would just put him on their schedule. Honey Tree asked us everything about his routine before he started and stuck to it perfectly. Daily Updates in Our App the day gave us real peace of mind."
David and Lisa M.

Wilton parents

"We toured three infant program in Connecticut before choosing Honey Tree Bethel. The difference was immediate. The infant room was calm, the caregiver to baby ratio was low and the caregivers genuinely knew each baby by name. Six months later our daughter lights up every morning when we pull into the parking lot."
